March 2011: A Day at the Park

Boy were we ever glad when winter finally turned to spring! Jack LOVES to be outside and we had a serious case of cabin fever. We went to one of our favorite parks to play as soon as the weather was warm enough to enjoy being outside!

Jack went through a phase where he never went anywhere without his I'm-too-cool-for-you "shakes" (a.k.a. shades).

Jack really likes the "lello flowers."

We're trying hard to use every opportunity to teach Jack that God made everything. If you ask him who made the flowers or the grass or the trees, he'll tell you "God." Unfortunately ... almost anytime you ask him what color something is ... he'll also answer "God." I'm not sure he quite has the concept just yet!
