Jack loves to just sit on the steps and splash around. He's like his momma ... it takes him a while to decide he actually wants to get in the pool!

The water was pretty cold! Allie had to get out for a while to warm up. Who could resist this adorable smile?? So sweet!
Jack did eventually get in the pool ... and he was glad he did. He had a blast with his daddy, Uncle Jason, and Pipaw! Hopefully it took his mind off of the long day in the car (which was the whole point of going to the pool)!

After playing in the pool, we headed to dinner at a place called Big Jake's. It's a local place with lots of atmosphere ... similar to Logan's. In the main room, it had all kinds of things on the wall ... including a train track with a working train going 'round and 'round and a wagon with real wagon wheels that were spinning. Jack was fascinated with all of it. We were there for quite a while, but it was one of the easiest times eating out we've ever had! It was a lot of fun -- a nice break from traveling!
